As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will: Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle throughout New England Complete local freight pickups and deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Secure and transport freight safely and efficiently Communicate with Dispatch regarding route updates, traffic, delays, and delivery status Follow all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, company, state, and federal regulations Maintain accurate driver logs and required transportation documentation Represent Law Motor Freight professionally at customer locations CDL A Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A License) At least 21 years of age Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to successfully complete a county-level background check during onboardingStrong commitment to safety and customer service Benefits for Full Time Employees Include Competitive hourly wage with overtime after 40 hours Quarterly Driver Safety Bonus Top driver pay guaranteed at 4 years Paid Time Off (PTO) Holidays - 9 per year including your birthday Medical Plan - 75% funded by company Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life insurance company paid Short Term Disability company paid FSA/DCA (flexible spending account/dependent care reimbursement account) 401(k) Plan with company match Prescription Drug Insurance Proudly family-owned and operated since 1882.
