Project Manager (Water)

Project ManagerHorner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Project Manager to work in our Rogers, AR office. This position requires 7+ years of experience.Position Responsibilities/Duties:Recognize and initiate business development opportunitiesPerform and check environmental engineering calculationsDevelop a client base of municipal clients water/wastewater utilities in the Northwest Arkansas area.Network with new and existing clients to effectively position for and develop work opportunitiesPrepare contract proposals and cost estimates.Manage all project elements, including budget, schedule, and quality while striving to achieve both project profitability and client satisfaction.Oversee the production of effective and high-quality project documents (including reports, drawings, and specifications)Participate in the preparation and checking of environmental construction drawingsResponsible for the completion of assigned tasks within a projectPosition Requirements:Licensed Professional EngineerExperience in water, sewer and wastewater designAbility to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)Proficient in the use of AutoCADKnowledge of one or more design software packages, including HEC-RAS, XP-SWMM, EPA-SWMM, SewerGems, InfoWater, WaterGems, BioWin, etc.Must possess a valid driver's licenseMust complete a background checkEducational Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Environmental EngineeringSalary Range:Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation. The target salary range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.Why come work for us?
