Develop scenario data modeling for large datasets and present findings and recommendations to sales management. Plan and prepare business, financial and data analysis and reports.**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Build scenario-based models across commercial levers — including pricing, base cost, margin, and compensation — to quantify financial impact and inform annual planning and in-year strategy.* Support the design and continuous improvement of reporting processes and business definitions to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.* Contribute to commercial AI and analytics initiatives — including the evaluation, piloting, and adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting, pricing, and reporting workflows.* Track and report on modeled-vs-actual performance throughout the fiscal year, giving leadership consistent visibility into projected versus realized outcomes.* Conduct year-over-year and run-rate analyses across the commercial portfolio, translating results into clear recommendations for sales and commercial leadership.* Develop moderately complex reports and queries for sales management. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of sales and resource allocation and utilization.* Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data.**Required Experience:****Education*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics or Applied Statistics.**Work Experience*** At least 2 years of experience in sales analysis. Additional - Ability to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems with multiple variables.* Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with data tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Power Query, Tableau/PowerBI or Python.* Strong ability to translate complex data logic into clear business narratives for both analysts and executive stakeholders.* Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage large datasets and competing priorities.Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The anticipated salary range for this position:$67,000.00 - $101,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
