Business Analyst / Seattle, WA (Onsite) 6 Months Contract

Submit only if local to Seattle or willing to relo. in office 2-3days a week. Client is on the cusp of migrating to a new commerce platform. The ideal candidate would work cross functionally with multiple teams on change management, operational readiness post roll out activities inclusive of hyper care. Long term, the candidate will work with partners to ensure that we continue to iterate on our MVP solution and continue to build capabilities for our contact center team.

Role Description:

• Gathers and documents functional and technical specification requirements of existing and future business processes using different methodologies such as flow diagrams, use cases
• Facilitates backlog grooming and prioritization
• Facilitates identifying and documents: dependencies, solution decisions, and security and privacy recommendations
• Align with Program, Product and business stakeholders on delivery scope and sequencing recommendations
• Utilizes artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to document and
• Working closely with our technology team to obtain or aid with bugs and issue tracking
• Acts as subject matter expert of business processes and systems flow within a functional area
• Provide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues
• Work closely with UI/UX team to develop concepts that address core functionalities & best practices
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate new features & enhancements
