Using open -ended questions you will identify How and Why a job exists for our clients. Then use competency based interview skills to uncover how a candidate's experience aligns with those needs. Carefully recording your insights will help clients follow up on these candidates to make great hires!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
