We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy services while helping children with autism build communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills. Schedules are generally aligned with client and operational needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs. Requirements Prior ABA, childcare, education, or child-related experience required Active RBT certification preferred but not required Must be comfortable providing services in-home Strong communication and professionalism required Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
