DSP, Community Living Services/Residential (Saturday/Sunday, 10:00am - 9:00pm) Job Category: Direct Care Requisition Number: DSPCO001911 Rate: $22 USD per hour Travel Required: Yes The DSP, Community Living Services/Residential will support the organization’s mission of ensuring quality support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves helping individuals reach personal goals through person-centered care, teaching independent living skills, coordinating social activities, and assisting with daily household tasks. Responsibilities Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and fulfilling their dreams with a person-centered focus. Teach independent living and daily skills, including grooming and personal care routines. Plan, coordinate, and participate in social activities, including frequent community outings. Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and food shopping. Qualifications High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Valid driver’s license. Effective communication with individuals receiving services. Experience in a residential setting serving people with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other special-need populations.
