This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with established protocols for routine medical care. The facility operates with dedicated support staff including a medical director, nurse, and front desk personnel to ensure quality patient care delivery. The facility maintains systems for expedited credentialing within 2 weeks and supports practice growth through expanding patient services.

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive family medicine services to clients of all ages at this FQHC, managing 2-3 clients daily Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility for 4 days per week scheduling. Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care services to clients across all age groups while maintaining accurate medical documentation. The position requires Ohio licensure and DEA registration with no call requirements.
