AirSculpt® is a next‑generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision. The role of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to support patients through minimally invasive procedures, ensuring a positive experience and high‑quality care at our exclusive AirSculpt offices. Responsibilities Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA. Perform nursing tasks with proven LPN competency—administer medications correctly, set up sterile fields, and disinfect equipment. Complete accurate, timely documentation according to company standards. Communicate effectively with physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and team members daily, anticipating needs. Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately. Deliver the highest level of patient care and service at all times. Follow policies and procedures consistently to ensure positive patient outcomes. Enhance physician retention by providing top‑quality patient care and experience. Assist with all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment. Work collaboratively with diverse team members. Complete other projects and duties as assigned by Clinical Leadership. Minimum Job Qualifications Current LPN license. Current ACLS certification. Current IV certification. Availability for overtime as needed. Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed. High energy with a strong focus on patient‑care and patient‑experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Preferred Qualifications Creative thinker who identifies and solves problems. Strong teamwork and independent work skills. Ability to multitask under pressure and respond quickly to patients and team members. Physical Demands Sit or stand intermittently for the shift (8–12 hours). Push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds.
