OtterBase is partnered with a growing organization seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a high-performance sales team. This role is focused on outbound engagement, business development, and closing new opportunities in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment. What You'll Own:

• Manage a high-volume outbound call schedule to business prospects daily
• Engage supervisors, managers, and key decision-makers across multiple industries
• Educate prospects on business solutions and value propositions
• Build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close new business over the phone
• Manage a defined caseload and maintain strong activity levels aligned to KPIs
• Track all activity, pipeline movement, and outcomes in CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Partner with internal teams to generate and convert new business opportunities

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a high-volume outbound environment
• Proven success in cradle-to-grave (cold intro to close) sales cycles
• Strong cold calling experience with daily high-call activity preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quota consistently
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Experience selling business services, subscriptions, software, or other intangible solutions is a plus
• CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
