What you'll do

• Provide adult hematology and oncology consultations in a rural outpatient clinic setting.
• Manage an established patient panel, averaging 15 patients daily.
• Perform procedures like bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures, and port access (not required but may be performed).
• Collaborate with an onsite team including physicians, APPs, and nursing staff.
• Participate in tumor boards and provide inpatient and outpatient care with 1:2 call rotation, including weekend and night call coverage.
• Cover ER and hospital teams as needed, with consultation only for admissions.

What you need

• Board certified or eligible in hematology & oncology
• Active DEA license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in hematology/oncology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient care skills
