To define and scale enterprise lineage capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager Digital Product will lead the vision and roadmap for automated lineage across diverse technology stacks, ensuring regulatory compliance and data quality in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Define and execute the enterprise lineage vision and multi-year roadmap Drive end-to-end lineage stitching across applications, processing layers, cloud platforms, and reporting systems Partner with cross-functional teams to establish lineage as the enterprise standard and measure its impact Required qualifications 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise data platforms or distributed data systems Deep technical understanding of lineage mechanics and transformation logic interpretation Experience in highly regulated financial or enterprise environments Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams Strong executive presence with the ability to translate technical depth into business impact
