Industrial Mechanic

Starting pay is $30.03/hour

Work 50% of the year with weekends on for 1 month, weekends off the next

What we offer you:

* Starting pay is $30.03/hour, with overtime available

* Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of scheduled overtime every two weeks

* $0.25/hr increase every 6 months for the first two years

* Quarterly bonus based on plant performance

What you'll do:

* Utilize your industrial mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line

* Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems

* Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010

* Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

We need you to have:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalency

* Technical school degree or certification in a related field is a plus

* Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool for continuous improvement
