• EMR: Cerner Hospital Bed size: 268 Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablationsMust be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their ownTechnology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs and moderate sedation Skills Required: AlbationsPractice Setting: Hospital In-Office ClinicRequirements: Board Certification: BC or BE required License Required: AZ Licensed.
• Ok to license DEA: AZ registered CSR: not required Certifications Required: ACLS Minimum Experience Required: 1 yearCredentialing Timeframe: 30 daysOT: 1.
