Job Summary:
The Electrophysiology Laboratory (EP Lab) specialist position is located in York, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing specialized cardiovascular procedures within a dedicated invasive cardiology unit that performs advanced treatments such as ablations, pacemaker/ICD implantation, and structural heart interventions. The position requires a focus on clinical excellence and adherence to procedural protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift 10-hour shifts between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Candidates must be comfortable staying until the last patient is cared for; call may be required.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or invasive cardiology procedures; experience with End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Antiarrhythmics, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Procedural Sedation, Pacemaker/ICD implantation, and Sheath Removal/Monitoring.
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC charting system experience, with heavily preferred familiarity.
• Float: Float rotation may be required as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidate will potentially care for COVID-19 patients. The facility is tobacco- and fragrance-free. RTO requests are limited to 7 days maximum. This position involves participating in complex cardiovascular treatments, including ablations, device insertions, and structural interventions.
