About the Role The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate is a key member of Pandora’s retail team, delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through knowledge and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Embrace store culture and act as a brand ambassador. Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and building loyalty. Engage and foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions. Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation. Consistently meet KPIs, be fully cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor new team members. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a caring approach. Ability to charm and captivate an audience. Minimum age 18, able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive on time. Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week, up to 12 hours base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks (max 30). Desire to learn and grow with bonus potential, 401(k) plan, and product discounts. Compensation $17.00 per hour – $18.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
