Clinical Testing Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)- (Child and Adolescent)

Overview LifeStance Health is seeking psychologists to join our clinical team. We offer flexible schedules, a supportive environment, and a hybrid model allowing in-person and telehealth sessions. You will have the opportunity to design your practice, pursue preferred balance of therapy and/or assessment services, and develop your own specialty interests. Compensation is above market with a generous benefits package and a focus on work‑life balance. Average annual compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 based on productivity. Responsibilities & Duties Perform testing intakes, plan assessment batteries, administer psychological measures, interpret data, and write reports. Provide feedback sessions, clarify diagnoses, complete documentation, and develop treatment plans. See clients in outpatient settings, with intakes and feedback available in person or via telehealth based on client and clinician preference. Collaborate interdisciplinary with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, and therapists. Work with diverse client backgrounds, including developmental concerns, ADHD, complex diagnoses, learning differences, and neurological issues. Requirements & Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) from an APA-accredited program. Fully licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts. Board eligible or board certified.
