Your Role: Compassion in Action

As a CNA, you are the heart of our clinical team. You will provide essential care while building meaningful, empathetic relationships with our residents.

• Direct Resident Support: Assist with daily needs including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle and respectful touch.

• Attentive Monitoring: Carefully track vitals and behavior, acting as a compassionate advocate for resident health and safety when reporting to medical staff.

• Promoting Well-being: Support residents in exercise and social activities to ensure their holistic welfare.

Job Details

• Flexible Schedules: Full-time and Part-time roles available.

• Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts (5x8 weekly schedule). Work weekends & Holidays.

• Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week.

• Setting: A supportive Long-Term Care and Nursing Home environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Certification: Must possess a valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.

• Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.

• Skills: CPR Certification is a plus.

• Location: Ability to commute to or relocate to Granite City, IL.
