About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Global Enterprise Applications to spearhead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of its enterprise applications ecosystem on a global scale. The successful candidate will be a strategic and business-focused technology leader, responsible for overseeing multiple application teams that support various functions including finance, sales, human resources, retail operations, and corporate functions. This role demands a leader with a strong background in enterprise systems, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record in driving large-scale transformation initiatives within a complex global environment. Key responsibilities for the Head of Global Enterprise Applications include leading a large organization of professionals, owning the governance and delivery of enterprise platforms, and partnering with executive leadership to ensure that systems strategy aligns with business objectives. The role also involves driving modernization, transformation, and process improvement initiatives, as well as establishing best practices in governance, project management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in enterprise applications, a background in software engineering or technical roles, and a strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS, and a background in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing are highly valued.
