Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams Oversee project schedules, cost controls, and change management Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and field leadership Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Required Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor Direct experience managing building construction projects (commercial, institutional, mixed-use, healthcare, education, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr TBG | The Bachrach Group
