Emergency Room Nurse

Provides comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Room setting, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment. Supervises and collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver timely and efficient emergency services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and collect relevant data on patients' conditions upon arrival.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessment findings.
• Coordinate emergency interventions and treatment procedures with team members.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes to adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care during emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Possess at least two years of recent experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Maintain current BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Possess ACLS and PALS certification (preferred or required based on facility policies).
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
