Receptionist

Description Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4:00pm-7:00pm Welcome to Oak Park Place, where your talents are celebrated, your growth is nurtured, and your work truly matters. We employ passionate individuals that are looking to help us write the next best chapter of our residents' lives! The Receptionist responsibilities include:
- Displaying a high level of customer service
- Greeting visitors and family members
- Answering telephone calls and routing them to the proper locations
- Assisting the other departments with correspondence and other day-to-day office duties
- Assisting with the recruiting process
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth
- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role
- A high level of skill using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Need to be a very organized and detailed individual
- Must be a friendly and caring individual
- High school diploma
