The Talon Tribe is looking for Banquet Servers and Banquet Bartenders to join our team!

If you enjoy creating memorable experiences, working with a great team, and being part of exciting events, this is a great opportunity to pick up shifts throughout the year in one of the area's premier club settings.

Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or someone who thrives in a fast-paced event environment, our banquet team plays an important role in making every event at RBCC exceptional.

Position Details

Positions: Banquet Server & Banquet Bartender
Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Flexible; varies based on events and business volume
Starting Pay: $28 per hour
Location: Rehoboth Beach Country Club, 221 West Side Drive, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, team-oriented attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
