Adult Nurse Practitioner Opportunity | Lancaster, CA
Facility: Kaiser Permanente – Lancaster Medical Center
Location: Lancaster, California

Duration: ASAP – 3 Months with Option to Extend
Schedule: Full-Time | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekends: Rotating Every Other Weekend
Call: No Call

Position Overview
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient coverage in support of physician shortages. This position focuses exclusively on adult and geriatric patient care in a collaborative primary care setting.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Management of chronic conditions including:
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- COPD
- Routine adult and geriatric primary care visits
- Preventive care and follow-up appointments
- Medication management and patient education
- Documentation within Epic EMR
