Hospice Registered Nurse

Agape Care in Hammond, Louisiana, is seeking an experienced RN to join our after-hours hospice team as a salaried, full-time nurse. You will provide compassionate in-home and facility-based care, advocate for patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to deliver quality hospice services. The role emphasizes on-call coverage from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, with support from our 24/7 RN triage department.
