What You'll Do

Welcome and check in dental patients, complete registration, verify required information, and collect payments accurately.

Coordinate closely with front- and back-office dental teams to ensure patients are ready to be seen and maintain a smooth patient flow.

Manage a fast-paced front desk environment, supporting a shared workload of up to approximately 15 patients per hour.

Provide respectful, patient-centered service to individuals from diverse backgrounds while remaining adaptable to changing needs.

Contribute as a positive, organized, and coachable team member, stepping in to support front-desk operations wherever needed.

What You'll Bring

High School diploma or GED certification.

Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively with providers and Dental staff in stressful situations.

Experience with multi-line phones, computer-based applications, and medical and/or dental eligibility preferred.
