About the role

Start your driving career with a role designed for new CDL A holders in the Toledo, OH area. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
• Drive with a mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, perform required pre‑ and post‑trip checks, and develop professional habits for over‑the‑road operations.
• Gain hands‑on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision‑making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver.

What we're looking for

• Recent CDL A graduates or newly licensed CDL A drivers based in or willing to work from the Toledo, OH area.
• Safety‑first mindset: adhere to DOT requirements, company procedures, and safe driving practices at all times.
• Reliability: arrive prepared to work, maintain schedules, and handle responsibilities consistently during training and after moving to solo operations.
• Coachability: accept feedback from your mentor and learn through real‑time instruction on the road.
• Strong communication: maintain contact with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when needed, and communicate clearly.
