Job Description

Sign-On Bonus $1500

Relationship Banker build relationships with customers engaging them via multiple channels including in-person by appointment and virtually to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust assessing and attending to customers banking needs obtaining and processing customer and account information demonstrating and educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommending solutions based on each customers unique goals and needs. Must have willingness to work in other nearby locations on occasion.

Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements including but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.

Required Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent
-One to four or more years job related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. Pay Range: $20.00 - 23.00
