Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type and a clean driving record. Minimum age requirement as per state regulations for commercial or passenger transport. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required by company policy. Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with passengers and dispatch. Physical ability to assist Drivers and handle vehicle-related tasks safely. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a professional driving or passenger transport role. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile applications for route optimization. Customer service training or experience in a client-facing role. Responsibilities Plan and follow efficient routes while considering traffic, weather, and road conditions. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle to ensure a pleasant environment for riders. Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to provide excellent customer service. Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company policies. Assist the Driver with loading and unloading. Manage trip documentation and report any incidents or vehicle issues promptly to management. Skills Effective communication skills are essential for interacting positively with customers, understanding their needs, and providing clear information. Problem-solving abilities help in managing unexpected situations, such as route changes or vehicle issues, efficiently.
