Address: 369 Main St., Longmont, Colorado 80501 Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) We offer a structured career path that begins with a 5‑week paid training program. Successful trainees receive a $0.50 hourly raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Additional training in the Pawnbroker Certification Program can earn an extra $1 per hour, and further advancement opportunities include Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and Assistant Manager positions, which include a 6‑month training program to manage a store. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, engaging in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that differentiates our store from competitors. Assist customers in reaching mutually satisfactory agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking abilities. Must pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual skills are a plus.
