Retail Store Manager

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You’ll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure superior customer service.
• Manage merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events.
• Coach and develop the sales team to meet sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store.

Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry Prior management experience Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls Store Managers are paid a competitive salary and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding their store’s sales objectives. Our Retail Store Manager earn between $55,000 and $82,600 in annual salary plus $26,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
