We have several openings for experienced Warehouse Supervisors on 1st and 2nd Shifts.
Locations:
- Kearny, NJ
- Lyndhurst, NJ
Warehouse Supervisor - Lyndhurst, NJ
Salary: $28-$35 depending on experience
Hours: 1st Shift 5am-5pm / 2nd Shift 5pm-5am (during peak)
Job Responsibilities:
• Set production goals and expectation• Ensure proper housekeeping of the plant
• Analyze scorecards and production reports
• Oversee yard/warehouse personnel
• Hire, train, promote and discipline employees
• Adjust employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage of shifts
• Plan and manage raw material and finished goods inventory
• Oversee materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate documentation, report production hours, and monitor employee timekeeping, ensuring compliance with policies and tracking overtime
• Direct workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Assist and direct workers in diagnosis of malfunctions in equipment and machinery
• Interprets company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safe work environment
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years industry and general office experience
• Knowledge of construction products, computers, basic accounting, and inventory
• Working knowledge of manufacturing / production plants preferred
• Employee management experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assemble schematic drawings
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred

Salary: $20-$21 depending on experience
Hours: 2nd Shift Monday thru Friday 3pm-11pm OR Monday thru Thursday 3pm-1am

- Bilingual English-Spanish a must
- Food industry background
- Warehouse Lead experience needed
