Our multidisciplinary team delivers high-quality, culturally responsive care across Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and specialty clinics. Your Impact As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will: Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan Assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently within scope of practice Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team Provide both in-person and telehealth services Develop individualized care plans and educate patients Contribute to improving health outcomes in an underserved community Schedule Monday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends On-call responsibilities included What You Bring Master's Degree in Nursing Board Certification (ANCC or AANP) Active NJ RN and NP licenses
