PPC Specialist

This is a critical, cross-brand role that will create, develop, implement and optimize best‑in‑class digital advertising and paid search initiatives designed to drive prospect acquisitions for clients. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our marketing strategies across all digital channels. We are seeking someone with a strong grasp of paid search and social advertising, with the ability to create results driven paid campaigns. This candidate should be data‑driven and detail‑oriented PPC (Pay‑Per‑Click) Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital advertising, conversion optimization, and performance tracking. As a full‑service, boutique marketing agency we offer an array of services including branding, web design, social advertising, social media management, digital advertising, search engine optimization, photo and video media production and direct mail/print advertising. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal team members to formulate comprehensive, evidence‑based digital strategies for our clients including Paid Search, Retargeting, YouTube Advertising and Meta Advertising. Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms Develop proposed paid digital strategies and decks including recommended targeting, keywords, ad spend and schedules. Keyword, online market, user traffic and online competitor research to ensure our clients ads optimize and drive results. Manage the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for paid search, digital display, social media and YouTube campaigns - including strategic roadmaps and keyword research. Creating and implementing campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform‑specific dashboards Effectively manages efforts to focus on delivering on top priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize ROI based on data and testing. Some client facing presentation will be required Requirements 3+ years of hands on experience managing digital marketing programs Analytical thinking with strong business acumen Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google, GTM, Adwords etc.) Strong knowledge of Meta Advertising, AdWords and Google Analytics Individual must be self‑motivated, highly organized and able to multitask while meeting numerous daily deadlines Salary Range: $52k-$65k Why Work for Transcendental?
