Job Description Analytical Biochemist Group Leader responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Supervise others in performing client’s service requirements Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements Foster motivation and morale Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth Coach and develop individuals and team to maximise performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or other related degree concentration or equivalent directly‑related experience BS, 6‑8 yrs exp; MS, 4‑6 yrs exp; PhD, 0‑2 yrs with leadership experience Analytical laboratory skills Experience with the following: HPLC, UHPLC, and CE Collaborative personality and acute attention to detail Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Good verbal communication, organisation, presentation, and technical writing skills Additional Information The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, IN are encouraged to apply Ability to work overtime as required Excellent full‑time benefits, including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eurofins
