Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Registered Nurse, Compact state, CCM/ACM preferred

Float Requirements: None
Additional Notes: InterQual, discharge planning, Conditions of Participation, CMS guidelines, required. MorCare preferred.

Patient Ratios: 15
Equipment: Laptop
EHR: Paragon
Must Have Skills/Experience: Utilization Management, Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, insurance
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Acute hospital case management experience
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, CVA, Acute Renal Failure
Personality Fit: Team player, hard worker, friendly, resourceful, empathetic
Required Education: Associate's degree, bachelor's of nursing preferred
Shift: Days 8 AM to 4:00 PM
Contract duration: 13 weeks
