Fast Casual Assistant General Manager
Salary: Up to $70,000 + Monthly Bonus

Ready to help lead our newest opening in Rockville, MD? We're looking for a high-energy Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You'll partner with the General Manager to inspire the team, drive sales, deliver exceptional hospitality, and keep every shift running smoothly.

You'll play a key role in hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, food quality, inventory, and daily operations while helping achieve financial goals and build a culture where both team members and guests love to be.
