Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Install and maintain cable systems including setting up cable support structuresMaterial handling, moving equipment and materials within factoryKeeping safety at the forefront of thought when performing any taskClear and concise communication to escalate technical issues to lead or site supervisorAbility to work safely at heights (ladders)Documenting work completed in a clear and concise manner to update management on project status (checklists)Keeping a clean and organized workspaceRequirements:Familiarity with hand toolsSelf-motivated to be able to move to the next task without having to be told to move to the next taskCognizant of surroundings when performing a task not to jeopardize surrounding equipmentComfortable working in a bunny suit for long periods of timePositive attitudeKnowledge of Windows based systemsPreferences:OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifiedUnderstanding of communications systems and setting IP addresses and subnets within Windows based systems including being self-sufficient in navigation of configurations to adapt network ports to proper configurations and troubleshootingAble to follow detailed instructions to configure software-based settings within Windows based systemsDocumenting work completed in a clear and concise manner to properly document the commission status of a specific systemDemonstrates high level of communication when presented with technical configuration issuesPhysical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
