CT Technologist, Radiology

ARMStaffing is looking for a CT Technologist, Radiology (Day Shift) in Englewood, Colorado.

Location: Englewood, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift: Schedule is Tuesday and Thursday with the 3rd day being a float day: 7A - 7:30P.

Job Description: The CT Technologist will work in a dynamic environment on the 3rd floor CT Scan unit, utilizing advanced diagnostic imaging equipment to provide excellent patient care. The role focuses on performing CT scans, including stroke, trauma, and various abdominal/pelvic procedures. The facility is recognized as a Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence and a Level 1 Trauma center, making it an ideal setting for skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans of various body parts, including head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis.
• Ensure comfort and safety of patients during procedures.
• Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately within the EMR system (Meditech).

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital CT Technologist experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT (R) certification.

Certifications/Licensure:

• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Trauma and Stroke experience is preferred.
• IV skills are beneficial.
