Now hiring Assembly Associate in Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to stand, move, and lift to 50 lbs. throughout your shift
• Comfortable working around machinery and following safety rules
• Team-player attitude — every role keeps the line alive

Job Duties:

• Assemble and connect parts on the production line
• Use tools and equipment (training provided)
• Inspect and sort products for quality
• Pack, stack, and label finished goods
• Follow PPE and safety rules to protect yourself and your crew
