Qualifications:

• Speak, read, and write English
• Shall possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum 1 year Supervisor security or related experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Highschool Diploma
• Own personal vehicle
• 21 years of age or older

Job Description :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership on all security operations, escalations, and program performance
• Provide direct oversight of Shift Supervisors, ensuring consistent execution of all site procedures and standards
• Own site-wide scheduling and staffing strategy, including coverage, PTO approvals, and labor alignment
• Ensure accountability for attendance tracking, compliance, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee recruiting and training, ensuring all personnel meet JPMC Data Center standards and regulatory requirements.
