You will provide resident care that helps foster independence & confidence throughout their golden years.Responsibilities include:Pass medications according to each resident's care planHelp with personal cares such as dressing, assisting with showers and baths, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactionsDocument cares appropriatelyFollow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policiesQualifications include:Medication Aide certified, requiredPrior caregiving experience, desiredPassion and drive for helping othersWillingness to train new employeesA desire to continue learning and improving your skillsetAbout Edgewood:Edgewood Healthcare's mission is to provide precision senior housing and healthcare services.
