Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,265 per week

Job Description & Requirements MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, starting 06/29/2026. The position is 40 hours per week, 10‑hour days, and is a travel assignment. Requirements Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with a passed NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively in the license application process. Current CPR certification. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for assessing referred patients that require rehabilitation services. Duties include direct patient care, assessment of medical conditions and functional capabilities, establishment and administration of treatment programs, setting realistic goals, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
