Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three focused on growth, service, and building strong relationships. Ive been with State Farm since graduating college, spending 12 years in corporate roles across claims and leadership before opening my own agency. Im part of a busy family of four and stay active with youth sports. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with family. For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, a Simple IRA, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is light, friendly, and fairly casual, while still being team-oriented and driven. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Booth - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
