This job requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and reporting to the Store Manager as well as guidance from the Assistant Store Manager and team Specialists. What You'll Do Explain and demonstrate product capabilities and offer suggestions based on customer wants and needs Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention. Assist with the opening/closing of a retail store environment. Properly handle cash. Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos. Support fellow sales agents when needed. Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings through regular training. May be required to work in other locations within the same geographical area. What's In It For You? Variable targeted total compensation of $50,708 with a base rate of $17.00/hour plus monthly targeted commissions of $1,279. A $1 per hour bilingual differential is available. High earners can reach an average annual compensation of just over $63,655. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications High school diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a consultative sales approach Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented team environment Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods of time to greet customers and demonstrate products and services Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to lift 25-50 pounds to help manage stock room inventory Preferred Qualifications Some college experience with a focus in sales, business, and/or management One year of experience in a related field (e.g., sales, retail sales, service industry) Experience selling wireless/mobile products Hourly pay rate: $15.29 – $22.88 per hour. The hourly rate may vary based on location and experience. Annual incentive/commission target of $15,348.00.
