Help create sustainable packaging solutions that reduce food waste and protect our environment for future generations. The Role Collaborate with Process Engineering to support production preventive maintenance (PM) activities Evaluate mechanical components of production lines to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities Assist in developing weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance schedules Support efforts to improve equipment reliability, prevent downtime, and address root causes of recurring issues Participate in production improvement and scrap reduction projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste Assist with Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and safety projects to enhance operational performance and workplace safety Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible) Summer Internship What You'll Do At CNG, we empower the next generation of leaders who share our commitment to enhancing lives for a better world. What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus in Manufacturing/Engineering, Polymer and/or Food Science, or Supply Chain Basic computer skills for documentation and communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office® Preferred Qualifications: Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment in problem-solving situations Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Ready to Own Your Future?
