The Opportunity

Sterling Site Access Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead professional recruiting across the organization and help shape a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. Recruiting volume will flex with business needs, but the role is designed to provide meaningful ownership of professional recruiting while also giving this person the opportunity to improve the strategy, processes, tools, and partnership model for Talent Acquisition. You'll work closely with HR, Operations, and hiring leaders to understand the business, build proactive sourcing strategies, attract and engage exceptional talent, and deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You'll Do

• Own professional recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and handoff to HR for onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understand their business needs, and advise them on talent, market conditions, compensation, and selection strategy.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Manage our career site, job postings, and talent attraction and employment branding efforts.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and keep searches moving with urgency.
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to continuously improve our approach.
• Partner with HR and Operations to build scalable Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, reporting, tools, and hiring practices that support Sterling's growth.
• Contribute to broader people initiatives focused on talent attraction, acquisition, and retention, helping Sterling strengthen how we compete for, select, and retain great talent.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle professional recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to proactively source and close talent, not simply manage applicants.
• Strong hiring manager partnership and influencing skills.
• Business curiosity and the ability to understand the work behind the job description.
• Confidence to advise and appropriately challenge leaders when the search strategy needs to change.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and candidate care.
• Experience with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or another industrial environment is a plus.
