A small, rural community hospital in Eastern Montana , about an hour east of Miles, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist! Join a dedicated healthcare team and enjoy a scenic environment with excellent benefits!
Salary:$33.50-$50.24/Hourly
Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and emotional abilities to identify their needs and set treatment goals.
- Develop personalized therapy plans that address each patient's unique situation.
- Provide Therapy using various techniques and tools to help patients regain independence in daily activities.
- Educate Patients and their families about treatment processes and adaptive strategies.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document Progress and keep accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
Occupational Therapist Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy required.
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association required.
- One year of experience preferred.
