Associate Director, Marketing Analytics

Associate Director, Marketing Analytics Associate Director, Marketing Analytics, Servier Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Boston, Massachusetts (remote) Lead development and implementation of market research, competitive intelligence, and other analyses to support the US Oncology business. Lead primary market research and analytics to provide valuable customer and competitive insights that support brand strategies (e.g., awareness trial usage (ATU), promotional effectiveness, segmentation, chart audits, target product profile (TPP) development). Develop actionable competitive insights through secondary research and primary qualitative and quantitative research. Effectively integrate primary and secondary research resources and activities. Engage in active collaboration across multiple functions including marketing, sales, market access, and external partners, to generate insights that will optimize performance in our current and future indications. Manage a Market Research Manager. Must have a Bachelor's in Biotechnology, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field and Six years of experience in market research, forecasting, analytics, consulting, or decision support in the biopharmaceutical industry, including qualitative and quantitative primary market research. Experience required: Six years overall: Applying key steps and checkpoints in market research process, including study design components, appropriate use of statistics, and analytical applications; Working with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., prescriptions, sales, claims). Three years of experience: Managing multiple projects and working independently and within a team; Managing vendor, budget, and timelines to execute on strategy; Planning and managing both at the strategic and tactical levels, including using project management skills. Experience may be gained concurrently. Eligible for telecommuting from any location within the United States. Pay Range: $190,000 - $218,668 per year.
