Data Entry Clerk

ERDEYLAWFIRM, is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to support administrative operations by maintaining accurate student records and organizational data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying information in internal databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

•Enter and update student information and academic records in company databases

•Review data for accuracy and completeness before submission

•Maintain organized digital records and documentation

•Assist with updating reports and administrative documents

•Support administrative staff with record management and documentation

•Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data management procedures

•Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

•Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office assistance preferred
